Your Hastilow & Sons Saddle conforms to BS7875 and the Simatree saddle Tree is guaranteed for 5 years. All the materials and workmanship carry a 12 month guarantee under normal use. In the unlikely event of a claim, examination will be required by Hastilow & Sons or person(s) authorised by Hastilow & Sons along with proof of purchase. Any alterations or repairs carried out by any third parties not authorised by Hastilow & Sons will automatically invalidate the Guarantee.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY RIDER WEARING SILICONE BASED JODHPURS OR RIDING BOOTS WITH ZIPS MAKING CONTACT WITH KNEE OR THIGH BLOCKS WILL HAVE THEIR WARRENTY INVALIDATED FOR WEAR AND TEAR ISSUES.
SILICONE BASED JODHPURS WEAR AWAY THE LEATHER ON THE SADDLE SEAT AND FLAPS AND ZIPS IN CONTACT WITH BLOCKS WILL ALSO INTERFERE WITH THE LEATHER QUALITY.
Crystals, Sparkles and cantle inserts, eg Snake, Stingray, Croc have a limited lifespan and are not included under the guarantee
